The Scope of Work for Dar Al Riyadh includes the following:
- The execution of all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, ELV, IT, Security, LEED & Cathodic protection. It covers the fields of engineering, construction supervision, EHSS, Quality assurance & Quality control, including all associated public utility networks to enable the operation of the Facilities.
The project facility includes multi-level office space in a 24-floor tower and office blocks of 13 and 15 floors, a mixed tier (Tier II + Tier IV) data center, auditorium, sports center, a 5-story car park and retail shops. Amenities include a cafeteria, employee services, prayer hall and visitor experience lounge.- It can accommodate 3700 employees.
