Perceptual Masterplan of Jubail West and Area specific Master Plan of Al Souroge and Al Fasil Districts (ASD & AFD) in Jubail (027-T37 )

Developing Concept Master plan for Residential community covering area of 5200Ha (52 sq.km) with five districts. The Scope of work is as follows:
• Conceptual Master Plan studies.
• Site Grading.
• Highways and Roads design.
• Storm Water Drainage network design.
• Potable water network design.
• Sanitary Waste Water network design.
• Treated Sanitary Effluent(TSE) netwrok design.
• Power Distribution network design.
• Telecom Infrastructure network design (Wired & Wireless).
• integration with Samrt City and District cooling services.
