Detailed engineering design of Primary Infrastructure Development works of Ras Al Khair Industrial City covering an area of more than 15000 Ha (150 sq. km). The key elements of the project are:

• Roads Network design.
• Sanitary Sewer Pressure network & Pump Stations.
• HCIS Compliant Security and perimeter fence for Ras Al Khiar.
• Irrigation water transmission network.
• MV Power U/G Power distribution system & RMU/SS.
• Street Lighting systems.
• Low voltage Power distribution systems.
• Relocation of Overhead transmission lines (OHTL).
• Schematic Design of large Sub-Stations.
• Interfacing and Integration of I&C with a centralized SCADA system.
• Telecommunication infrastructure design.
• Coordination with MAADEN, ARAMCO, SEAPA and SWCC.
• Third Party Approvals such as SEC, MARAFIQ, HCIS, NCEC, etc.
