Providing Engineering Consultation Services.
The agreement aims to provide engineering consultation services in both professional and technical aspects. Under this agreement.
Dar Al Riyadh will provide full technical support along with Remat Al-Riyadh.
(Remat Al-Riyadh is the development arm for Riyadh Region Municipality) in building standards, specifications, and reviewing the designs; as well as, supervising the implementation of the services provided. Moreover, Dar Al Riyadh will be monitoring the operation of services and field inspection.
Dar Al Riyadh's Scope of Work will cover the following tasks:
- Quality Assurance Manual Development.
- O&M Manual Review Report.
- Surveying.
- Design QA/ QC Review Report.
- Design Calculation Review Report.
- Specialized Technical Visits ( Construction Stage ).
- Specialized Technical Visits (Close–Out & Commissioning Stage).
- Inspections Operations.
