Construction Supervision Consultancy Services for Buildings (Podium and Towers) for Zones S3/S4 of the Jabal Omar Development Project.
The scope of work includes the following:
- Podium comprises executive residential apartments of 96 units in addition to 4 penthouses, Commercial Construction Supervision Consultancy Services for Buildings (Podium and Towers) for Zones S3/S4 of the Jabal Omar Development Project malls/retail area of three floors, car parking, prayer area, technical floors, and hotel lobbies and 4 hotel tower- 5-star brand to be operated by the well-known Hotel operator Jumeirah.
- The scope includes the supervision of all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works.
- The scope of services shall cover general supervision on site. The work shall include all site supervision of construction and administration of the contract concerning supervision, testing, examination of materials and workmanship, measurement of work carried out, and the issue of certificates to the Contractor concerning delegation of power given by the Employer.
- Review and approval of technical submittals during the project from the Contractor, including technical documentation, material samples, construction drawings, shop drawings, manufacturing drawings, specifications, and any other documentation as applicable.
