SAMA Training Centre

Dar Al Riyadh was appointed to review the design and supervise the construction of the training center building. The center has a total floor area of approximately 31,000 square meters consisting of two underground levels for the parking area & machine rooms and two over ground floors comprising of offices, classrooms, auditorium, cafeteria and recreational facilities. The project also included all external works such as roads, walkways, lighting, drainage system, landscaping and the automatic irrigation system.

Scope of work: Concept & detailed design and construction supervision of the training center.
