Ministry of Water & Electricity Emergency Warning System

In 2011, the Ministry of Water and Electricity commissioned Dar Al Riyadh to install an emergency warning system to notify their employees, visitors and residents in case of the flood, natural disaster and emergency occurred in the 5 biggest Dams in the Kingdom. The chosen technology is a radio frequency based system, which is linked to various Civil Defense control centers and 24/7 monitored by security operators.

Scope of work: Design, supply and installation of a warning system which includes 28 high power omni directional speakers with local electronic cabinet attached in a 15 meters mast which can also be triggered locally and integrated with level monitoring system. The system was installed in strategic locations to maximize the coverage of the area.
