Riyadh East Sub Center Structure Plan

Dar Al Riyadh and SWA were engaged by ADA to prepare a local structure plan for the proposed east sub-center in Riyadh. The area allocated for sub center is 334 ha; it is intended to cater future population of 1 million. The Riyadh east sub center is designed to contain and direct the growth of the city in line with MEDSTAR proposals.

Dar Al Riyadh carried out market studies & surveys, conceptual design and economic analysis in association with SWA and Larson Group of USA. The sub- center once complete will provide regional, local retail, residential and educational facilities and will be a transport hub as well.
