Saudi Aramco Jazan Bulk Plant Expansion

This was a major expansion project for the Saudi Aramco Jazan bulk plant. Some of the major activities were:

• Process study and recommendation
• The design and layout of the fuel oil pump station, fuel oil tank farm & diesel pump station extension
• Electrical tie-ins, substation modifications, electrical heat tracing, grounding and lighting
• Instrument and Tank Management System (TMS) modifications
• Structural/civil design to support new/modified equipment including equipment foundations, pipe sleepers, sun shade structures and underground piping

Significant field investigation and site survey work were also part of the scope.

Scope of work: Detailed design and material support for the fuel oil conversion process for the Jazan bulk plant expansion.
