Granada Mall Expansion

The project consists of two extensions, one on the north & the other on the south side of the Granada center. Each extension is a G+2 story building with a small basement dedicated to mechanical purposes only. Both expansions are almost similar in appearance, but subtly different in terms of use and interior treatment. The 2nd floor of the north extension will be predominantly used for high-end restaurants, and the 2nd floor of the south extension has an entertainment purpose. Several parking lots surround the outer perimeter of the Granada center. A future sky bridge connection will physically connect the expansions with the new Hilton hotel, Metro station and other potential developments.
