GOSI Investment Housing Projects
Scope of work: Concept & detailed design of eight house prototypes of different land lot areas/shapes with entrances from the existing roads, internal walkways and car parkings at diplomatic quarters Riyadh. The villas range in size from 2 bedroom to 4 bedroom and from 215 to 700 sq.m. The project is one of the most important investment made by GOSI, with finishes and furniture completed to a very high standard.
