The project aims at preparing a distinct architectural design in line with the current urban fabric of the surrounding area and in line with the architectural identity of such kind of government buildings, handbook, and matching the guidelines proposed in the master plan. The proposed building was designed to gain a LEED certification, implementing basic concepts of environmental respect.

Scope of work: Concept and detailed design of the new court of appeal of Riyadh region. The Ministry of Justice will locate judicial departments on the land plots specified according to the master plan delivered by government department. The project covers 82000 M² land and the targeted built up area of the building is 52000 M².
